are they causing you any problem? mostly wisdom tooth are impacted ,if they are casuing you problems get them extracted.
it is totally normal for a person to never have his or her wisdoms erupted all life...secondly if lower impacted wisdoms are not causing any pain and irritation so leave it as it is just maintain good oral hygiene and if the lower wisdoms are painful and infected..it's better to get them extracted
you need an xray for a proper diagnosis but it's highly likely that your wisdom teeth will never fully erupt and can cause pain in the future. you should visit a dentist and get them extracted.

Get OPG (xray) done. It will show the exact position of ur wisdom teeth. if they become painful ,get them extracted.
proper x-ray is advice and periapical and OPG is adviced to know the position of the wosdom tooth and proper clinical evaluation of the tooth so that thet should be extracted or not.
Get OPG done and then get them extracted before they damage your 2nd molar (second last tooth)
