dear sir meray masooron say khoon ata rehta hai aur neechay walay 2 danton main (cavities) keera laga huwa hai. tooth paist ya miswak say problem ziada ho jati hai aur safaie na karain tu badboo aati hai aksar i feel gastric in stomach, request may please advice me.

you have mentioned 3 problems
1)bleeding gums 1st indication of gingivitis treatment is detailed scaling n polishing
2)cavities treatment depends on the damage caused already either filling or RCT mayb required
3)gastric problem for that you need to consult gastroenterologist
but bleeding gums n cavities are not due to gastric prob
