My dental implant has fallen off 3 times so far, leaving the screw behind. The first two times were with one dentist and after that i decided to get my third implant on that same screw from saudi arabia but this one has also fallen off. Seeking help.

That's probably due to faulty design of the abutment and crown.. You'll probably need to get that replaced
