these are impacted canines this issue can be resolved with extraction of baby teeth canines and applying orthodontic button and braces .

go for braces , canine will be bring into normal position. upper 4 ( premolar ) need extraction
normally, such teeth are permanent canines that erupt like that because of lack of space in arch or late exfoliation of deciduous teeth. you most likely need orthodontic treatment / braces instead of extraction
Aoa, you have to visit a dentist and also share your photographs
These are canine teeth and we never remove this pair of teeth . Go to orthodontist he will remove another teeth in pair to create space for these and braces will bring them in the right place in a year time or less than that.
