Around 4 to 5 months ago there was a traumatic dental injury by guava seed. Doctor recommended for filling. But ubhi filling nai karwai ha.. Kuch days sa teeth ma slight pain hota that but I ignored. Then jaab pain ziada Hua to I take (claritek 250mg +nims 100mg) .(one tablet for 3 days).
2 days theak raha pain. Lakin ub phir throbbing pain start ha. Chew nai horaha ha. Teeth ko touch Karna sa b pain ha. Poray left jaw ma pain ha Jiski sensation ear ma b ha. Means ear pain b ha. And cheek pa swelling b ha thori c
Kindly guide me.
Kya mai yahi medicine 3 days again kahou 2 times a day ? Ya phir mja koi or medicine bta dain.
Secondly Kya mja filling karwani chaye? Bcz I am afraid from it.

Apko is dant ke liye root canal treatment karane ki zaroorat hai. Treatment ke baad crown bhi lazmi lagwayein.
do root canal .leave all medicine and once and go to dentist.
