Talk to Dentist on Dental Issue
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore
I had a dental injury from a guava seed 4-5 months ago. Few days ago there was slight pain, but it increased. I took antibiotics and painkillers (1 tablet for 3 days). Pain issue resolved but returned after 2 days as throbbing pain. Can't chew, pain in left jaw & ear. After same medication (2 times for 3 days ), pain better, but swelling remains.
One dentist suggests extraction and new teeth as according to him teeth hil raha ha. ( mja khud sa pata nai chal raha ha k hil raha ha ya nai.) while another recommends RCT or extraction after xray. According to her new teeth nai lag Sakta.
Should I go for extraction or RCT?(( As m UNMARRIED )) Will new teeth be permanent? Can RCT with crown save my tooth?" How long RCT with crown will exist as I hear after 2 years of RCT teeth toot jata h.
Now I am taking antibiotics and pain killer 500 mg each ( 2 times for 3 days.)

I heared k 2 years baad teeth toot jata ha.
To crown sa protection rehti ha? Hamain just aik time baad crown change Karna hota ha ? Teeth protect rehta ha?

It depends upon the level of RCT if you have done RCT by a qualified dentist and the RCT is accurate then you will have no issues IA.
And the crown protects your tooth for a long time .
It also depends what quality a crown you Want.

I am not sure k teeth Hil raha ha ya nai.. But dentist nay check kar k kaha k hil raha ha. Lakin touch karnay I mean press karnay sa pain feel hota ha. Mai dosri side sa chew kar rahi hu is side sa nai

yes it mean your tooth is infected so RCT is good option baqi pic me clinically apka tooth itna kharab nhi mean RCT sy bach jaiga .

Advise Root canal treatment followed by crown.Don't go for Extraction

DR. Can u plz guide k mai garam kahana( I mean Garn roti. Salan, rice , tea ) lay sakti hu? Bcz I am avoiding hot food. Secondly egg kha sakti hu?
Infected side sa chew karsakti hu? As i am not chewing from that side.
Current condition is no pain very very very slight swelling. But 3 days tak antibiotics lani thii so ubi 3 days complete nai Hua hain
