Asking for Sister, Female, 26 years old, Sialkot
She is having cavities at the roots of front teeth of both upper and lower case. It is just a thin line now but seems as spreading to other theet. She brushes twice a day and use colgate herbal tooth paste. Please can anyone suggest a better toothpaste or other treatment to reverse and prevent it.

just go to the dentist do fillings if the cavities were mild, otherwise go for crowns... plus rct

false brushing method, must visit a dental surgeon to get the cavities filled and learn suitable brushing techniques
aoa u should go to the dentist as cavities can't b treated at home
you need to visit dentist for proper checkup and get your fillings done as soon as possible to avoid further decay.
Is it causing pain? And do you have any xray ?
Its class 5 cavity need Composite or RCT and Crown
