My wisdom tooth is coming out and I have swelling from last 3 days. I cannot chew anything. There's no pain but swelling is being felt in throat a bit on the side of tooth. Can anyone recommend something
Please visit your nearest consultant for evaluation. at the age mentioned the wisdom usually grows mal aligned causing trouble. it has to be seen and treated.
If u r 27 years old then it is not a right age for wisdom tooth eruption as it erupts in 18-24 bracket .. u might be having pericoronitis .. its a condition in which half of tooth erupts nd portion of it remains impacted under gum leading to swelling and pain .. u need to visit ur dentist asap so that proper diagnosis is made nd proper medication given .. for time being u can apply enziclor gel over that area and use enziclor mouth wash to keep mouth clean.

There might be one of 2 things ... either the tooth is grossly carious or damage with caries or its erupting(coming out) from bone thus making swelling to that particular area . mouth opening gets limited in these cases. 2 options either remove the tooth or remove just overlying mucosa(skin).

meanwhile keep rinsing with warm saline water twice a day. it might help.
Salam! First make sure to keep clean ur wisdom tooth area. Do warm saline rinses and plz visit to your near dentist
rinse with warm water with a pinch of salt in it and consult a dental surgeon so he can evaluate your wisdom and medicate accordingly
