Both will give the same results.
aligners will make result fast but its costly.

The best option is to go for conventional orthodontics . Though aligners are fancy and do perform well in simple crowding but not more than a certain level of complexity . The best would be to visit us so we can examine diagnose and treat your cross bite and crowding issue accordingly
