Take painkiller and do Cold sponge therapy over cheek from outside. visit the dentist who extracted the tooth, sometimes after extraction swelling comes up and goes away after 2, 3 days.

please do hot water rinses three to 5 times a day

Aap neem garam paani mein namak daal kar kulliyaan karein, aur raat ko sonay sey pehley koi bhi pain killer ki aik goli ley lein taakey aapko neend theek sey aajaye. ye sab aap 2-3 din karein, agar phir bhi araam na aaye tou phir dentist k pass zarur appointment ley kar jayein.
Mein tablet Caflam 50mg recommend karounga aapko.
