One of my lower right side Daarh has a hole, due to which I have been feeling hot and cold water sever pain now a days. Initially no pain was there. But now since 3 days it pains in late night without any hot and cold drink. One friend of mine suggested RCT, but I have heard that all dental clinics are disfunctional due to lockdown and Corona. Kindly suggest some medicine to subside pain.
You can take Augmentin 625mg (BD), Flagyl 400mg (BD), and any painkiller which suits you. Continue this course for 3-5 days until the pain subsides. But you need RCT for permanent relief. There are some places which are open for emergency cases. If you are in Karachi I will recommend you CBC ELAJ , timings are 3-8pm, Thursday to Saturday.
Medicine will only relieve pain for short time, permanent treatment is RCT, and your friend who suggested you this procedure definitely would had prescribed any pain killer too.....Clinic are open for emergency and u need that ....so please don’t wait until things go more worse , which will be difficult for the dentist to save your tooth.

tab augmentin 625 mg 1+1+1×5days
cap voren 50mg 1+1×3days.
visit any dentist asap

Respected Sir, the history you gave is of claasical dental pain. The most likely treatment would be RCT but only given if you're tooth is restorable enough.
Antibiotics wont help in this case, Kindly take a pain killer for now and go for an emergency visit to a dentist.
Alot of dental clinics, (including our clinic) is open for emergencies.

your have to get root canal done in that tooth followed by crown in order to save it or have to.extract it out
