Visit a dentist & have him show your periapical radiograph. After seeing your radiograph & root length, a most probable treatment can be advised.
apny jis se tooth nikalwaya tha usi k pass wapis jae, and usay bolay k root nikalay.
do not leave a root fragment more than 2mm.
visit your surgeon again and talk to him about that he will remove the remaining root after seeing your x-ray. it's important to get it remove so that complete healing can occur.
It is better to extract the remaining part , do visit your nearest dentist ! X-ray dentist ko dekhne de hé will suggest ! Otherwise X-ray yahan share kren

Root ka jo piece reh gaya wo nikalwana zarori hai. Abhe healing mai mai masla hoga or baad mai infection bhi ho sakta hai. Its better to remove it. Visit your surgeon
