There seem to be some radioluceny but it can be verified clinically and pt symptoms. i recommend you should vist dentist and diagnosed it properly.
better to take video Consultation or visit clinic
there seems multiple problems:
the bridge needs to be removed,
both, 5 & 7 need rct, there appears left out root of 6 (mesial root), it should be removed
upper 7 has deep distal cervical caries, it should be filled.
i think 1st of all start taking medication (antibiotics)
Cap velosef 500mg
Tab Fasigyn 500 mg
Both twice a day for 5 days
Tab synalgo 100mg
Twice a day as per pain
incase pt hypertension (blood pressure zayada hona) hai tu tab.synalgo ki jaga paracetamol lein..try to avoid clinic in this pandamic situation.
