Its better if u get RCT done beforehand specially of 5th tooth. Cutting se aksr sensitivity ho jati hai. Agar ap ye sab avoid krna chahti hain tu Implant ki option b hai
rct is not required for bridging provided the supporting teeth are absolutely healthy. if you can afford, opt for an implant.

Please go for implant. It is the latest technology and it usually lasts for 20+ years. Don’t compromise your 2 more teeth for this one tooth
