you mght need prpper teeth cleaning .with ultrasonic scaling ypur teeth and gum healrh ll become fine .yellowish deposits are most probably plaque and calculus and black spots are stains.

this is called calculus or tartar... it cannot be cleaned through brushing... you have to go for scaling, deep curettage and polishing...
