Hi, i have 8 year and 9 year kids, they have irregular and double teeth growing, some are big and some are small, is anyone can suggest treatment.

There must be crowding when milk teeth are shedding off and permanent ones are coming.You have to visit a dentist to get advice. sometimes if milk tooth didn't fall naturally and permanent comes behind it,then you have to get the removal of milk tooth by your dentist. Later if there is any crowding it can be fixed by braces( between 10 to 12 years).

Its time for their new teeth to come and the milk teeth to go away.. if the smaller ones wont go there will be no space for the new teeth to come..still if they come they are in irregular position for now give them hard food to bite on like green apples sugarcane or guavas to bite
double teeth mean having milk teeth along with their relative successor permanent teeth simultaneously. in this case the primary teeth should be removed immediately. for treatment of crooked teeth, you need to consult a nearby orthodontist
Visit your dentist. Over lapping milky mobile teeth should be extracted to give space for the eruption of permanent teeth.

if you can get OPG xray done n share that will make diagnosis more clear n easy.
when there's no space available in mandible for the newly erupting permanent teeth this happens ... get a clinical assesment via telemedicine and get their milky teeth extracted

Dear patient . Send me the pictures of the patient and get a telemedicine appointment by marham app. You need to talk to me over phone to discuss this patient and the treatment for it .
Plus don’t do any x rays before I see the pictures . Don’t expose the child to x rays without first letting me see the pictures of the patient. X rays might not be required in the first place
As per ur history it seem ur kids will require an orthodontic treatment. Kindly consult orthodontist after the situation got settled down

Dear the charges are different for the extractions ( to take out tooth) and you have to visit the Dentist for that.

For that even you need to visit a dentist. Orthodontic Treatment or braces is costly and last from 1 and half years to 2 years.
