avoid spitting
touching or eating from extracted tooth area
avoid drinking through straw
avoid hot food or drinks
after 24 hrs start salt water rinses from extracted area but very gently
repeat after every 3 hours for at least 3 days
can take pain killer in case of pain
if not diabetic should eat ice cream from effected area to stop bleeding
Immediate precautions are avoid spitting and put pressure on that area . Avoid that side for 2 3 days so the healing can occur. Take panadol in case of pain . Avoid hot beverages and food. Use ice pack .
