RCT is must you won't be in trouble again in near future. with filling you can be in trouble like having sensitivity or pain after few days. so RCT is a better in this case

Agar pain nahi hai tu proper linning aur base k sath filling best option hai aur agar pehly pain tha ya temporary filling k bd b pain hai tu RCT he hogi
rct is advised if u have continuous pain
then we will go with permanent filling

rct because cavity is deep near to nerves.
RCT krwalen kyn k cavity deep hai
if there is continuous pain then RTC is advice if not then therapeutic filling is recommended

Iski ab root canal hi hogy kyu k cavity blkl pulp (nerve) k qareeb hai. Ab filling krne ka koi faida nai
The dentist might have done pulp cap, we do it when the pulp doesn’t exposes even after complete caries removal. Lets see now, in some cases it goes well whereas others still require a root canal.
