agar root canal ho ke daant bach jata hai tu zaroor bachaein, qudarti daant se behtr koi naimat nae ,lakin agar daant bilkul gal sar gaya hai tu nikalwa dain.

best possible cure is to save tooth by using screws (post) too
but xray should be there to confirm all detail before going furthir
