Aoa. My gums are receding very fastly, specially from last 1 week i am noticing a clear change in the gums (specially 2 front ones) I am worried as i cant visit doctor due to current situation. Is there any home remedy/ mouthwash or medicine at the moment to stop it till i go to dentist.
They look inflamed. If you are brushing very vigorously and in horizontal motion then stop doing it. And use a soft tooth brush and gently give vertical strokes. Also use warm saline rinses everyday. Also get a cleaning treatment called as ultrasonic scaling. You can use mouthwash clinica 15 ml undiluted two times a day for two weeks.

brush bristle should not irritate gums
give it time to heal
use paradontax tooth paste on effected area leave for 2 to 3 min rinse with warm water
n after lock down visit dentist
looks inflamed.Stop hard brudh .use soft one and gargles .Get professional cleaning as soon possible.

Your gums look inflame. You need a deep scaling and also mouthwash rinses...due to current situation you can't have scaling so uptil brush twice daily with circular motion, use floss and mouthwash.. For further query book an appointment... Thank you
