The child's entire upper teeth can be seen having caries and deficient outer layer exposing the underlying one, and that's the reason of sensitivity and overall pain. The particular tooth that you are referring to is so carious that it became infected and now it's roots have become involved and that's why this white boil on her gum. She would be needing a treatment called pulpotomy for which you'd need to go to the dentist. Since she is a very young kid, so short appointments should be planned as children are less cooperative.
Aoa Most probably boil is making from which puss will discharge . Cant see tooth . Tooth looking carious . Mostly it happens due to dead tooth.Better if can see patient

Walaikum assalam, whenever we went to doc they suggested root canal and i guess its GNA but she is to young for that, and afraid if these things, while other suggested to wait k ye gir jaen and new teeth grows, very confuse what should we do? We too realise her teeth are not in good condition, even bcz of severe pain uski 2 darain bhi niklwani pari hain

I’m afraid you were wrongly guided. Baby teeth need to be treated just like adult teeth. Even so with more attention in the given age.

Some of them suggested for root canel and others ask to wait as she is so young to undergo GNA or to do root canal
