ur gums are looking swollen . kindly first scaling n polishing should b done along with medicated toothpaste n mouthwash.
then after the gum condition becomes better after few months then teeth whitening should b done
kindly take video consultation for more proper diagnosis or visit nearby dentist
if receeding gum is your main concern whitening treatment is not required i think your brushing pattern may b the cause of your receeding gums but if yellow teeth is your main concern you can go for whitening treatment for this visit the dentist
learn proper Brushing technique to avoid further gums recession.
use only soft brush avoid coloured Beverages ,Soda drinks and frequent use of tea.
