My gums are receding from teeth. However i went to a dentist in pishin. Took tablet recommended by him. Didn't get recovery. It has again started receding.

Gum recession can be due to a number of factors which needs to be investigated clinically. You are young better get it checked as soon as possible to prevent negative sequelae. Also there is no such tablet that can treat gum recession there are specific procedures for specific occurrings. Hope this answers your query.

most common cause of gum recession is periodontal disease and this is usually due to gingivitis. Regular scaling and visit to dentist has to be done.
Aoa. First we should find out the reasons for gum recession. Use soft brush with gentle strokes or movements. Avoid aggressive brushing. Visit dentist for root planning or some other appropriate measures taken by the dentist.
