hello ,
there are many reasons for the above issue.

Food. The breakdown of food particles in and around your teeth can increase bacteria and cause a foul odor. ...
Tobacco products. Smoking causes its own unpleasant mouth odor. ...
Poor dental hygiene. ...
Dry mouth. ...
Medications. ...
Infections in your mouth. ...
Other mouth, nose and throat conditions

Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Bacteria cause the formation of toxins to form, which irritate the gums. ... The medical condition dry mouth (also called xerostomia) also can cause bad breath
you need to get in touch with the either and ENT or dental consutlant who can help you to find out what could be the possible cause and to direct the treatment to that direction.
thanks
