Its all depends on the tooth and type of filling .. As I recommend silver Filling (Amalgam) in Molars which cost of 2k to 3k and anterior with other Aesthetic fillings which cost of 2k to 4k.

depends on the doctor's expertise and material which he used for filling... normally it's range between 5000 to 12000
It varies according to the material, clinic location, clinic operation conditions, doctor’s expertise, and equipment used. But usually in Lahore a dentist charge minimum 5000 for a tooth coloured filling (laser one in layman term). But in Lahore there are more quacks than dentists I doubt their cross infection control measures
