hi then this is attrition
you need scaling and polishing with flouride treatmnt for sensitivity ,and require mouth guards
for now please use presyz tooth paste and prodent mouth wash for sensitivty

firstly you need to rule out is your in gums or its associated with teeth. if its general sensitivity and general inflammation then you need scaing because due to heavy calculus gums get inflammed and if it localised and associated with tooth then for further evaluation you need to get opg xray done and let any near by dentist evaluate.
