I have done my RCT and also covered my Teeth with you which I eat but I don't know I has some problem from last two days I used Antibiotics and it's work but unfortunately again start the Pain I Drink tea and Some other things in the food I want to know that what I did not need to eat

You need to re visit your dentist because you are having re-infection in your RCT tooth most probably. Only doing precautions in eating is not the option to cure pain.

Ok if you don't have access to Dentist then you can do the prescribed Antibiotic course by dentist for 5 days along with Pain killer. It might help you little.
