jo history ap de rahay hain us may implant acha option nahi hoga ap ki mother k liye. ap ka kharcha bhi ho ga and implant suit nahi kia tou paisay zaya kyunke wo ek surgical procedure kar k lagta hai.

if diabetes is controller in last 3,4 months then we expect that healing of implant will be good. Get HBA1C before any procedure and you will get an idea of diabetic status of last 3 months
Sub-Periosteal Implant - Combined Surgical and prostodontic treatment is the option for reduced arches...
Going through the presenting complaint and prior medical condition, blood sugar level, cardiac patient and age of the patient it is assumed that;
(1) blood sugar level is not controlled the reason have teeth loss and fewer retained teeth, & reduced arches
(2) sub-periosteal implant procedure requires general anesthesia, is not performed under local anesthesia;
cardiac patient, even if cardiac arrythmias then general anesthesia option and subsequent implant option is omitted as cardiac ailment requires Least Invasive Procedure
If some teeth are retaining in the upper arch then upper arch can be restored with the Prosthodontic Treatment(Partial Denture) option
if lower arch is edentulous and have reduced arches with just basal bone then more than 1 or 2 (multiple) single implants is the option to gain support for Prosthodontic (Partial Denture) treatment and can be performed under Local Anesthesia
Going through the uncontrolled sugar, cardiac history, age limit implant option may not have benefecial prognosis unless sugar is in control and extra precautionary measures be taken (Lifestyle and Behavioural Modifications & Exercise)
With Adaptability with the Prosthodontic treatment Prosthodontic treatment is the best option for patient (medical conditions & age limit)
