I had gotten my RCT done a few months back. but the infection has occurred again with much intensity , and I have a constant flu problem as well due to it. have taken cedrox 500 mg twice daily for 5 days, but no big relief yet. what can be the cause? the pain is giving me nausea

after xray can tell you the cause. most probably due to incomplete rct.

please get an periapical radiograph and share that
I recommend getting a periapical radiograph to assess the root canal and surrounding areas for any missed infection or complications. Depending on the findings, a different antibiotic or retreatment might be necessary. Follow up promptly to prevent further issues.
