Firstly i had swallowing problems, then one day my jaws from the right side started feeling tight since then i have headaches, tmj pain, sinus pain along with acid reflux and nausea sometimes roof of my mouth also feels swelled and my tmj bone feels swollen. I don't know what is all this, if this is wisdom tooth or misaligned jaw problem, arthritis of skull or something else please help me if you can. Thankyou.
