implant is best if you can afford it, otherwise go for crown and bridge, after a long period if you feels any sensitive or pain problem , then do RCT for those teeth

Assalamualikum. Implant is the best option for replacement of extracted teeth. But they can be placed when he’s 18 years old. If you want to go for bridge, get root canal done of both neighbouring teeth first so that there are no chances of infection in them later

Yes. The teeth can be affected in long term since they are still vital means they have nerves so the the safe option is to get Root canal of side 2 teeth and then bridge placement and then follow up at least every 3 months to make sure there isn't any infection incorporating.

Implant is the best option

Dentist in Lahore - Dr. Iqra Khalid

looking at your age...your ideal treatment is inplants but it depends on your affordability as implants are expensive when compared to a brigde...bridge is a good option but it will affect your supporting teeth as it is grinded they can eventually be painful...for this purpose you can have an elective root canal treatment for the supporting teeth do that they will not be painful and then u can go for a brigde..but the ideal treatment is implant

i would advice againt trimming the side teeth which are called the lateral incisors. Seeing his age he will most likeliy develop early on sensitivity leading to voluntary root canals. best plan of action would be going for implants which will replace only his 2 central teeth

Asalam o alaikum plz go for IMPLANTS instead of a bridge, in a longer run bridge wouldn’t be a good choice especially for front teeth replacement, Good Luck
