Assalam o alaikum.have you applied any gel on it? if its a white patch and it is not healing for a month the you have to urgently visit a dentist.

it may b coz of trauma caused by teeth
it could b cheek bite but it shouldn't be ignored either take online appointment for further diagnosis or if poss visit dentist
visit an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon for appropriate management
