Hey patient! agar dant mn dard hai (Thanda/garam lagta) to shayed apko Root canal ki need hai. or agar srf keera hai jo dard nahi krta to filling krwane s dant bach skta.. mou se smell anne k kafi reasons hoskty jese danto mn kachra jama hua ho.. ye maiday mn jelan ya masle s bhi kuch logo ko hoti hai.. kachra saf krwai scalling se ta k mou s smell ana band hojai.. Waalaikumsalaam. Yes this cavity/keerra in teeth might be the reason alongwith the plaque/tartar deposit on the teeth and inside the gums I.e. bad oral hygiene must be the reason .
X rays of teeth with cavity should be taken and complete cleaning must be required.

apko asap filling karwa leni chahiay.. keeray ki waja se smell said na ho.. most probably you'll need a scaling / cleaning treatment.. gums may ziada gand phasnay se bhi smell ATI hay

Yes cavities/ Keera Lagne ki waja se aisa ho jata hai . apko Jin daanto mei Keera laga hai unka treatment karwana parhega plus much se smell ana hygiene maintain na hone ki waja se hota hai . us k lye apko Ultrasound Scaling and polishing (cleaning) Karwani parhegi.usk bd hi apk muh se smell ana band hogi . in both treatment you need to visit dentist

hosakta hai mu mein plaque tartar ho jiski waja se smell ati ho or cavities jahan keera hai mein khana phans jata hon isliye smell ati ho. proper evaluation k baad hi sahi se bataya ji sakti hai cause.
