Asking For Someone else, Husband, Male, 26 Years old, Karachi
Hello Doctor,
I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to consult you regarding my husband. He has had a mouth ulcer for almost 2 months now. The spot is still present even after about a month and a half, and we’re a bit concerned about what it could be.
He’s not sure if it’s something serious or if it might be related to his wisdom tooth, as it has come out and feels a bit sharp, which could possibly be causing irritation.
I’m attaching a picture of the affected area for your reference. Could you please guide us on what this might be and whether we should be concerned?
Thank you.
Aslamoalikum
may it's due to local trauma or any sharpe edge of adjacent teeth .
but as u said it's possible that it's just an ulcerration
use Mouthwash and gell for 3 to 4 days..
Mouthwash Niflame. 3 time a day and apply gell Enziclor 3 times a day...
if it's not OK then visit dentist.
it may be irritation due to sharp edge of wisdom tooth. either removed sharp edge or the best option to remove wisdom teeth.
Just use listerin Mouthwash and apply Daktarin Ointment on ulcer three times a day
For an ulcer to remain for two months is high risk therefore if its the wisdom tooth causing the ulcer it needs to be removed or rounded off asap. Meanwhile you can use a gel called sumo gel or any lidocaine based numbing gel to help with the pain. But the cause needs to be removed.
kindly get it checked by qualified maxillofacial surgeon for in time diagnosis and treatment
asalam. it needs to be examined visit senior oral surgeon as it could be due to wisdom tooth but clinical evaluation is must
visit to dentist to evulate
visit dental clinic immediately
homeo treatment is best in this condition
