Talk to Dentist on My Son Is 4.5 Months Old. He Is Teething. Should I Start Iving Him Bio 21 Tablets ?. Also Please Advise Any Gel For Applying In Gums.

baby is 4.5 months old. he started teething as he take everything to mouth and put a presssure on gums . his gums are paining may be. please suggest any gel for applying on gums and should i give him bio 21 ?

You don’t heave to apply anything on his gums. That is pretty normal. Just get him a teether. Freeze it for a few hours and let him use it. That should help him.
Aoa its perfectly fine for him to feel irritation on gums. Give him shield or any good brand teether and it will help him. Try to remove hard or brittle toys and objects from his reach . Rest assured its all good. If you feel like he is getting very irritated then apply doltee drops on his gums when he is in pain. But dont give it more than 3 times a day. If he develops fever, then brufen syrup.

just give the baby frozen vegetables as teether. make sure they are hard n big pieces

It's normal. If he gets irritated alot then give him frozen teether or frozen vegetable (big pieces) as teether, and if he is having pain then apply Doltee drops (2-3 drops). Kindly note NOT to apply more then 3 times a day.

Dear rub/massage his gums with clean finger or wet soft cloth....Use soft teething toy/ring... in pain ,
give him Panadol infant drops
Visit paedontist and apply Doltee drops 2-3 only twice a day to comfort his pain.
