Today, during lunch, my 2.5-year-old said, 'mama boti teeth m phas Gai.' When I checked, I saw a nodule or cyst-like structure on his gum. I touched this cyst; it was painless but dark pink in color and soft like a mole. What is this? My toddler has a fever of 100 today and had diarrhea yesterday.
