Just for emergency take Torex-IR 550mg (if you are not hypertensive). Seek dental treatment by any dentist nearby, firstly we should diagonse the source of pain then accruate treatment can be prescribed. For diagnosis we have to do oral examination amd radiographic evaluation.

there are multiple reasons for toothache, consult your dentist and get your tooth examined and radiographs done for diagnosis..

Could be many reasons.. Most commonly carious tooth or could be infected one. Clinical examination is mandatory. So better to get ur tooth examined and xrays for perfect diagnosis
