I'm having pain and swelling in my last Molar gum ( i think new molar is coming).Pain is increasing day by day. Kindly suggest me any medication, thank you

I don't think that you'll be able to have the company of this molar bit long, better get rid of this tooth immediately for permanent relief.
it looks impacted would need an extraction for the time being you can use any over the counter painkiller and saline rinses for immediate relief
stop chewing just drink for few days and take painkillers... otherwise visit dentist... one solution is to remove gum only from above the molar and second solution is to extract the molar... thanks
you can use chlorhexidine mouthwash for relief and visit dentist for proper treatment. needs a minor surgery for pain relief.

Most probably its a wisdom tooth stuck in your jaw bone. You should get it extracted asap, because it will be inevitable sooner or later
