Depends on the number of episode. If operculum is occurring again n again then you need to visit your dentist to evaluate status and deep cleaning and removal of overlying tissue. But if it’s occurring for the first time then take prevent tab for 7 days along with good brushing at the site n use niflam mouthwash
toothpaste crib massage with finger then gently brush .use enziclor mouthwash and painkillers for temporary relief.and go for opg and complete evaluation by maxillofacial surgeon .
For temporary relief:
Luke warm salt water rinses 2 to 3 times daily
Mouthwash Enziclor
Then apply Gel enziclor
Take soft diet
Then visit maxillofacial surgeon

if its the 1st episode take meds and maintain iral hygiene if it continually disturbs u or u hv muliple episodes get it removed
