Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Lahore
I had pericoronitis 2 months ago which resolved with the use of Enziclor gel and Clinica Mouthwash. Teeth were declared healthy at that time. Other than that, never had any toothache or gum issue. However, last week, gums bled a little on brushing, followed by mild fever and tenderness in the gums of left approx front teeth. Sensitivity only after brushing. Resolved about 80 percent using Enziclor Mouthwash and Tab prevent (Full 5 days). After 3-4 days, problem reappeared. No significant swelling of gums but slight pain is present in the affected area.
You are taking medicines by yourself or a dentist has prescribed you..... Better visit a dentist for examination as u have already taken medicines
just softly brush that area very from all sides.
keep on using mouthwash twice a day for more week.
Do saline gargles twice a day.
you are already following a good regime but still the issue of pain is there that means the source of pain needs to be addressed.
aoa. do proper cleaning . this will happen till ur tooth will not erupt. till then maintain ur oral hygiene
Please get an appointment over telemedicine on marham app so you get a well diagnosed treatment
it seems that you have generalised gum problem and there's subgingival deposits of tartar. you need to have thorough scaling. after scaling, do flossing regularly. the tooth with pericoronitis should be planned for removal.

May be wisdom teeth erupting but bleeding problems resolve with revomet. Do you have any xray if not please do O. P. G FOR further diagnosis
As you've mentioned pericoronitis, the pain is radiating from that most probably and that tooth might be impacted. Therefore, OPG is recommended for further diagnosis.
warm saline water rinses is
recommended with flurbiprufen twice a day
