Salam, mery left jaw ma pain tha froben 100 khai or massage kiya tu pain khatam ho gia, lakin baad ma right jaw ma pain shoro ho gia, din k time tu pain kam hota ha lakin raat ko soty waqt zyda ho Jata ha, pain sa neck k pechy numness b feel hoti ha. doctor k pas gia tha dr kehta frobeen khao theak ho jaay ga, lakin ya theak nai ho ra. kindly advise.......

We need to find the cause of pain.
Jaw pain can be due to stress or tension, grinding of teeth etc. But more pain at night suggests pulpitis, so it can be tooth related. All the teeth must be examined. An OPG should be done to check all the teeth and bone condition.
