salam I have pain in lower jaw and my teeth become sensitive and I cannot eat anything sour like tomato lemon if I eat pain started in my lower jaw. Now I feel some pain and warm feeling in temporal region what should I do. please guide

you have impacted wisdom teeth on both sides of lower jaw. also there is more bone resorption on lower right side. Does that side bother you more? upper right 2nd premolar has cavity.

you probably have pockets. that is kind of space between gyms and teeth. food gets stuck there. you can do flossing after meal. specially if you eat something meaty. additionally you can use do rinse with mouthwash or salt in warm water.. you should get scaling and root planung done. best to visit periodontist if available

your teeth have cavities please fill those who need filling and do rct in those who need rct .also use sensitive tooth paste sense-t and mouthwash prodent. there is also bone loss .do scaling polishing.
also lower third molars are hidden in jaw called impaction kindly consult them for removal brush ur teeth regularly .also do your blood sugar and full blood count .
