AoA Everyone. Mera second molar tooth (as shown by arrow) kafi time sy andr sy empty tha, phr mene do saal pehly root canal krwayi and filling krwayi thi..ab 2,3 days sy again muje kafi pain start huwa hy same jagah pe and second molar tooth loose hogya hy and touch krny sy movement feel horahi muje..pain bi hy boht and es side sy kuch kha bi nhi pa raha me..
I need suggestion ky kya muje again root canal krwana hoga ya without root canal bi koi treatment hojaega.? And can you please suggest any quick remedy jis sy me 10-12 din without pain nikal lu..bcz I work in rotation based job so 10-12 din bad ee possible hoga kisi dentist ko dikhana..

Mene nearest ek dentist ko dikhaya, he said exactly same thing ky x-ray krwany ky bad ee pata chalega..and kaha ky infection hogaya hy and suggested 'velocef 500 mg' & snflex, both twice a day for 3 days..
