Talk to Dentist on Pain In Teeth

I have pain in my few teeth but when it is at peak , i feel it i my whole lower jaw. It started a year ago . My teeth are not sensitive at all. I got an x ray done and the doctor told me that I had little holes in my 2 or 3 teeth . Doctor also said that if I will have filling in my teeth rhen the shape of my face might change because the holes are very small. But when anything touches the gums above those teeth, the gums also hurt. The pain is very severe and I have consulted many dentist but all of them just give TOOTHPASTE OR MOUTH WASH AND PAINKILLERS but none of them work. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO.

if you have an opg then share a pic . the picture you shared is not sufficient . but by looking at it , it doesn't look like some thing that should have been hard to treat . I still think those doctors were inexperienced that's why they misdiagnosed your problem
