My question is about the dentist that my teeth are fine from the outside but if I eat something or drink cold water then there is a very strange kind of pain.

You need to have your teeth examine by a dentist, you can do that by booking appointment here, also elaborate your pain is it dull or sharp? does it radiate anywhere? is it sudden for few seconds or lasts longer? Is it in all the teeth or just one or some? Most probably you may need scaling(cleaning) or it can be something else that could only be confirmed through check up, meanwhile you can use toothpaste sensodyne or prodent and salt walter gargles.

You need to pay a visit to Dentist ASAP, It will then be diagnosed and treated in Clinic. For the time being start gargles with medium temperature salty water or Encylor Mouth Wash (1+1+1)
it might be due to sensitivity. use sensodyne rapid action and mw enziclor. u need to visit Dentist also

Sensitivity occurs in one tooth or all of it? And do your gums bleed too?
Observe this next time and visit near by dentist.
If it is one tooth maybe there's a cavity formation or pocketing in gum.
If sensitivity happens in all gums and/or teeth it maybe due to poor gum health. Get scaling and root planning done.
You'll be fine with in week's time.
You must be a victim of sensitive teeth, or there might be some cavities in between yiur teeth. You need to visit your dentist to get properly diagnosed and treated and avoid serious consequences
