Since some days i was having pain underneath my upper tooth (gum area) usually when i would eat something specially while breaking it now since 2 weeks now Ive developed this bump which isn’t painful to touch but mild tenderness when trying to eat something, I’ve often tried to press it down as i thought it might be just gum and will get better but it’s not getting better. I’ve attached the picture pls let me know if this is serious or needs to be checked by a dentist

Kindly do xray of the adjacent teeth for any cavity as gum swelling is possible otherwise it can be traumatic response or hormone related issue . Go to dentist for all queries
Any radiograph? Its seems like gingival over growth due some parafunctional habits or hormonal chances. Visit your dentist asap.
