Talk to Dentist on Reddish Swelling On Gum With Something Yellow

HISTORY
I had traumatic guava seed injury 4, 5 months ago. Left it untreated as there was no pain. Then infected by fish bone leading to throbbing pain , take antibiotics issue resolved. Now few days ago had dental pain( but not continuous pain ) take antibiotics but issue not resolved.leading to throbbing pain , ear pain and cheek swelling. It was Saturday, Sunday so no Dr was available so bear that pain. Then on Monday pain behtr hogai lakin cheek pa swelling thii. Dr said teeth nikal k new lagwa lain. Dr recommended synflex 500mg & solvocef 500mg for 3 days.
CURRENT CONDITION ;
Cheek swelling theak hogai lakin gum swelling n redness theak na hui. As u can see in yesterday pic. But today there is yellow on reddish swelling. Teeth ma pain nai ha. But jaab teeth ko press karain then I feel sensation. Gum pa yellow ko press karnay sa slight sa dukhta ha. Kindly guide what is this . How to treat . What to do next. ? Can you plz recommend any medicine for it

Ap is tooth ki Rct krain ye apka save ho skta hy new lgwany ki zarort ni pry gi or sath my calculus removal ky lye scaling or curettage or sath my medication.
Proper treatment is required.Visit the dentist at earliest,Go for xrays that clear the internal picture of the teeth ,RCT should be done to resolve the pain and swelling issue
