go for x-ray it could be pericoronitis (overgrown gum around wisdom tooth) it can get better just by removing pericoronitis or either by extraction of wisdom go visit a dentist

UpTo your age 22 but it could be bent and couldnot erupt called impacted tooth .do opg for position confirmation.sometimes it erupt partially in mouth.
