Talk to Dentist on Root Canal

I had a check-up with the dentist and he told me I need root canal treatment for my 3 teeth, one of them is half broken and the others are so painful. taking antibiotics but the pain is still there and not able to eat anything. Would you please advise me on what to do? Do I need to remove it because a root canal is costly here?

Tooth cannot re grow again, root canal is done so that the tooth is saved and you can use your own tooth to chew and bite, if you get your tooth extracted (in less) just because rct is expensive then to replace your tooth you will need to have 3 unit bridge (at least) or an implant which is way expensive then rct. Be wise and visit some dental institution where rct is done in less .
No, extraction isn't the solution. Replacement with artificial prosthesis is way more expensive, so get them treated asap

you need root canal , Visit nearby government hospital for cheaper treatment. no need tooth extraction for financial reason
