I recently noticed gum abscess on top and upon seeing a dentist I discovered the infection spread to the roots. He opened the canal now i have face swelling on that side and the pressure is bad. I am due root canal tomorrow
take medication for today
cap amoxil 500 mg tds
tab riam ,400 mg tds
tab ansaid sos
plz visit your near by dentist
Start warm compresses over swelling area with warm cloth.
Your dentist must have advised you medications, I would suggest that you should shift to IV injections.
If your dentist has. placed. a temporary filling over your tooth, get it removed immediately.
if the swelling still increases in size, ask your doctor to proceed with incision and drainage.

Tab cedrox bd twice a day, tb modacit ir twice and zopan if needed. Cold pack he said. But i m feverish too now

we can add pain medication if pain is unbearable.

visit dental clinic. in this case the dentist should open the root canal and slight put cut on you gums area to release pressure and keep tooth open for 48 hours with antibiotics and pain killers. you have to do warm water salt gargle 2 to 3 times a day.
take soft diet and drink more water.
